Nettle root has been researched in Germany and found to be just as good as the pharmaceutical used to reduce prostate size. It reduces the estrogen which causes BOH. I make my own stinging nettle root tincture because I own a freeze dryer. It works. I told my friend who was on FlowMax to switch to this product and he did. He says it works just as well as FlowMax he felt. He takes it in the morning and again at night. The difference is this doesn’t cause cancer like some drugs do.

Seeing a real difference within a month of muscle growth and feeling tighter. I work out 6 days a week and at 43 the gains aren’t as fast as hoped but I feel the nettle root has unlocked the testosterone I’ve built up due to all my other efforts because I see a difference that I didn’t before.

Didn't get the benefit of this because I'm allergic to something in it but I do use this company's other products and they are top notch.

I think I like this product. Been taking the using the tongkat ali & pine pollen tinctures and am noticing significant testosterone level improvement suggesting the nettle root extract tincture is subduing or eliminating the aromatase in my body. My prostate is good & I am 65. I am giving a 4 star rating instead of a 5 due to a shade in uncertainty. Solid company, too.

Didn’t like the flavor but normally you’d mix it with something I mix with beets so it masks the taste

Loving this product and I use it everyday, unlike many of the others in this space, which are cut with glycerin/palm oil. This is the real deal. Sourced well, and not watered down with junk.

The flavor is very bitter. Which is expected.

Good for my swollen prostate! I can pee now! Also good for hair and skin. Can get itchy.
