Great product. Very high quality. The size of the capsules makes them easy to swallow. I have osteoporosis and I have to be sure I’m getting the calcium I need. This is chelated for the best absorption. I highly recommend this supplement.

I love all of Thorn’s supplements and this calcium is no different. I feel like they’re better absorbed by my body and I can actually see a difference in my lab work and in the way my body responds to them. They are absolutely worth the price and I will continue buying them. I take their magnesium, calcium, iron, vitamin B, 12, and D3.

I just buy Thorne because it has a good reputation.I can't tell if this calcium actually works or not.But i'm assuming it helps.
