I purchased this exact case cover in Black and it was Delivered April 20th, so I am pretty sure this is from the same manufacturing lot as the the one reviewed on May 1st which is negative.I noticed that SHOPPER who wrote that review, posted it to every single color of this unit - doing it TEN TIMES. Not sure if that was an Amazon thing or the writer doing it 10 times. But I am 100% sure that review was written by a competitor to this Kuzy cover! I also noticed that it is the ONLY review written by Shopper. I am a real buyer and I want to correct the record since this was the only review at the time of my noticing this.I purchased this for my daughter to take to college. She wanted Black becuase it is "sophisticated and NOT pink". She took the cover, rejected my offers to "help" and just snapped it right into place. Wow - very EASY and not at all what the one negative review said.Daughter likes that the clear Apple part of the cover allows the Apple light to shine thru.I like that the cover protects while ALSO giving it a slightly rubbery feel which I hope will keep it from being knocked off of her desk. She was worried that if we did not get a smooth one, that it would be hard to take in and out of slip in cases. Not so. It is just barely rubbery - but enough. Not like a silicone case that would grab hairs and dust, etc.We are BOTH very happy with this purchase.BTW I also purchased several keyboard covers to help protect from spills. We are trying them all out and I will report when we decide how they compare.

Despite the numerous reviews that describe the fit as not quite right, I took a chance. Besides, the $50 Speck case I purchased about 10 months ago was barely holding on, and I needed something to replace it. The Kuzy case was half the cost, and looked like a better option.My MacBook Air was made "Mid 2013" and is the 13" model. I ordered the black Kuzy case and it fits it perfectly. All clips on both the lower and upper are securely clipped to my Macbook. Some required a little firmer press/snap than others, but this just ensures a more secure fit. None of the tabs appear to show any signs of damage after clipping them to the MacBook, nor do I have any concerns at this point that they will fail. The case is locked down pretty tight... which is what I expected.At this point I give this product 5 stars. The seller shipped the product to me in 2 days (as expected, via Prime). The box it shipped in was a little larger than I think it should have been, but it did provide the proper amount of protection to keep the case safe until it arrived to me. The product is whole and in tact. The black looks better than I had hoped, and the Apple has a nice glow that can be seen through the cover as described (as well, a black and white sticker on the front of my Macbook can barely be seen though the cover in well lit areas, which is a nice touch).I obviously cannot say how the case does long term, but I will try to remember to come back and update this review when the time deems itself necessary. But, until then, 5 stars are solid!

When I took this out of the box my first thought was, Oh no. It feels super flimsy at first. Once I snapped it on my laptop, though, I realized it's actually exactly what I wanted! The case is very thin and lightweight, so it fits like a glove and doesn't add weight to the laptop. I will say that it felt a bit sketchy snapping it on because of the material so it took me a minute to get it completely on.I bought this mainly because I have a very rude cat who likes to climb all over my desk. I was worried about dirt and whatnot getting on the laptop. So, this offers that kind of protection and will protect against scratches and whatnot, but I don't think it would be very protective if you travel a lot or want a solid case.I got black in this and I like that it's translucent enough to see the apple symbol when it's open, but it looks completely black and sleek when closed. Oh, also the Kuzy stamp is very visible (stamped on the bottom corner) and some people might not dig that. I chose to do five stars because this was very affordable and does exactly what I needed it to do. It's probably not flawless, but it works perfectly for me!

Wow.. In my opinion , this is absolutely perfect.First off, I dont know why so many people were talking about it not fitting well or anything, sounds to me like people might have ordered the wrong one, which if you dont read the description well will happen. This is for the newest macbook air 13.3 inch, and it does not cover any microphone holes or anything , fits perfectly and best of all, has a nice soft feel to it and not some hard cheap plastic feel.I only wish they made things like this for other laptops, because this was for my wifes macbook and i have an HP that could use some protection as well, anyways hope this company makes something like this for other laptops in the future.. the macbook still looks sleek and is well protected, and now no fear of having it get scratched easily...No need to look at the other more expensive options, this one looks like it costs at least 3 times what it does. Nothing cheap about it..------------------------Update 1st August, 2014:------------------------Ok one small problem that I noticed is that the top is snug and fits perfectly, meaning the part that fits on the lid, but the bottom does not fit snug like that, i dont even hear a click the way you do with the top, and a lot of times when you open the lid and one hand is on the bottom of the macbook the bottom moves down a bit, and if you accidentally touch it it always moves.. So the bottom is not as snug as the top for sure.. Maybe they need more tabs to click in place with the bottom, who knows..It hasnt fallen off yet but its been a few days only and already its like this, and this laptop barely gets used or moves much
