Great toothbrush with latest technology.

No había tenido un tiempo adecuado para hacer una reseña, importante soy de Chile, hice una revisión antes de hacer esta compra sobre distintos cepillos eléctricos. Tenía un cepillo al cual se le murió la batería, no de esta marca, el anterior me duro 3 años, sentía que lavaba bien. Primera impresión del sonicare es hermoso, lo elegí en rosado netamente porque es el color que me encanta. Viene con cargador de base en pedestal, cepillo, un cabezal, el cable, y el estuche portatil que también sirve para cargarlo (con puerto usb c). Llegó el 11 de abril aprox 3 días antes de lo presupuestado, y la verdad es que aún no he tenido que cargarlo nuevamente estoy usandolo con la batería que venía. Además del cepillo, compre 4 cabezales más extra. Ahora al momento de usarlo se nota la superioridad con el cepillo eléctrico anterior, siento que este alcanza mayor profundidad y se siente más suavecitos los dientes. En lo personal me lavo más de 2 minutos (el temporizador termina a los 2 mns y lo enciendo nuevamente). Lo llevo a todos lados al trabajo, de viaje, me encanta. Si la app no funciona en Chile tengo pendiente descargarlo por apk. Pero el cepillo en sí funciona excelente. También tiene una luz que se enciende en la base al lavarte los dientes si presionas mucho. Para quien pueda y este dispuesto a hacer la inversión considerando que estos cepillos duran alrededor de 3 a 5 años. Creo que el precio no es en el momento si no que considerando la utilidad que representa, el tiempo de duración y su uso. Considerando estos puntos, no es un costo tan grande si otro más barato dura menor tiempo y debes comprar más.

This is my 2nd Philips Sonicare Prestige 9900. The 1st one I purchased 9/25/22 for $379.96. It broke after less than a year. Thinking I received a bad one I foolishly bought a 2nd one. My fault for not complaining. But I hate complaining. So I bought the 2nd one 8/2/23 for $319.99. Used it for about a year before it started making a really loud noise while brushing my teeth. At the same time, I noticed that the brush head wasn’t going all the way down to the holder. It never did go all the way but now it was leaving a bigger gap than before. I only buy Phillips Sonicare replacement heads. Never the generic brands. Last week the metal part that holds the brush head onto the holder totally broke off. And it got stuck in the brush head. See pic. I’m very disappointed in myself for spending so much money and getting such a bad product. Yes it’s very pretty but not worth the money. Buyer Beware.

I just got this and was leary about spending so much on a toothbrush but I have him disease and thought the features in the app could be helpful. I used it last night for the first time and loved it. I actually brushed my teeth longer because I felt I had missed some areas that I wanted to cover more. When I read the report it told me I did well but that I really should be brushing twice daily and I just haven't been able to bring myself to be able to do that. Until today. This morning I brushed my teeth after breakfast, following the app, again brushing longer to get areas that needed more attention. I'll then brush at bedtime as usual. I think this toothbrush is really going to help me change my dental health for the better. Worth every penny.

I was writing a new review on how grand this toothbrush system is. My ipod tells me where I’m missing and where I need more work. My hygienist noticed it half as long to clean my teeth. I broke my right wrist and could not brush my hair with my left hand. I did have to wrap my toothbrush in a thin cloth because my left was slipping. That worked beautifully and the brush led its way. When I was a young 47 my neck was broken by Juan Mitchell Anderson when he ran 2 red lights and crashed into me. Over the years medications destroyed my teeth. I have 2 implants and the rest are crowned. Over these many years different dentists were involved. Due to this situation they don’t all settle at the as they should but this brush is a master. I need a new brush heads, ordered it and paid for it, got a letter saying it had been delivered but I never got it. I don’t know what to do.

WOW what a wonderful feeling!!! I wore out a previous toothbrush of this brand and replaced - upgraded with this one. Well worth it

I have used several models of sonicare toothbrushes, and thought I’d splurge on this one. First, it’s very pretty, with a soft pink finish. Second, it’s very refined in both size and shape from other models. Lastly, it has many new features, like telling me I’m pushing too hard, which I love. Of course it does an amazing job at brushing your teeth. The travel case is great in looks and function, as it charges in the traveling case. I definitely recommend this is you’ve got the $ for this upgraded model.

I am on my third replacement brush in under 2yrs. They get loud, they die randomly, and the replacements are sometimes lower quality refurbished or returned ones (despite what the front line customer care folks say when you call to ask - they might not know, many companies do this for expensive products). Dont waste your money. All sonicare brushed have basically the same motor, so save the hassle of spending $300+ on a brush handle that dies every 6mos.

Two years in this is still a fantastic toothbrush.

Worked well until the warranty expired. Then, it stopped holding the charge as long as it normally did. And today, the metal prong that holds the brush head fell right out of the handle. I will not be replacing this expensive toothbrush with a Philips.

I just got it and it looks like it was used and toothpaste is still on it.
