my wife absolutely loves this immersion blender. it's so easy to use and does a great job. the blade is sharp and is the perfect size for making things like milkshakes or blending cottage cheese to add to things to increase her protein intake. it's easy to detach the blade and throw it in the dishwasher for cleaning or just rinse off in the sink carefully

This has a lot of power and works so well. It’s a little bigger than I thought it’d be so I can only use it in wide mouth jars or bigger but the quality is great for the price!

I had left a five star review two months ago. I’m changing it to one star now. The company has not shown their warranty on the vendors page. And when I went back in the sellers text, buried in it was a very important statement, “Do not run for more than 60 seconds.” I was trying to make mayonnaise and it wasn’t coming together. I ran out for more than 60 seconds. Smoke came out of the top of the stick, and the handle became medium hot. I probably ran it for more than 60 seconds. I had to contact the warranty department of Amazon and ask for a copy of the warranty to be sent to me. They’re going to look into that and see if they can have it posted on the sellers Site for the stick blender. I don’t have any use for a stick blender that has to be stopped after 60 seconds. What are you supposed to do? Set your cell phone timer to 1 minute? It’s a lot more money, but it will be worth it: I am going to save up and purchase the vitamixer stick blender. I’ve never had a problem with Vitamixer products. I’m a serious cook with a broad range of experience and interest, and I USE my kitchen tools! And while I’m at it, I’ll mention that as far as I’m concerned Sonoma Williams has sold out! I had initially watched their video on how to make homemade mayonnaise with their stick blender and this was the one they used and recommended. They used to carry the best products. Obviously not anymore.

After going from a cheap one to this, it's night and day, even though I am a fan of MasterChef didn't buy it because of that, bought it because of reviews and how it was made. It's very well made and I like how easy it is to clean, I just put it in a cup of soapy water and run it after I use it.
