Two of my bands broke while I was using them. Is this typical of the product?

Our policy is to replace any defective product immediately, which we will do in your case.  Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't share customer contact information (email address, phone number, mailing address) to its sellers, so we cannot simply ship out a replacement set as we'd like to. About how far do the bands stretch? I.e., If they start at about 12 inches, how long can they get when stretched?

Question 3

Do these roll when using? I've used other resistance bands that gather and bunch on my legs making them really difficult and uncomfortable to use.

Hi Ellen R. Tim DePuy, CEO of SmarterLife Products, here. An excellent question. The short answer is, "No, they do not roll". The longer answer: These bands are designed to be wider -- a full 3 1/2 inches wide. This is 3/4 to a full inch wider than most resistance loop bands. The extra wide width makes them resistant to folding or bunching. Now, having said that, you need to use these bands as instructed (included in the box) and always be sure that the bands are lying flat on your skin or clothing with no part of it folded or overlapping on itself. If you do this, these bands will never roll, gather or bunch. I hope this answer is helpful.

Latex free would indicate no rubber. What are these made of?
