Súper buena calidad por un precio muy asequible. El precio se ve reducido por el mango que es un poco incómodo. Los huecos funcionan mejor que si fuera un filo liso, aunque no esperes magia al cortar verduras

Soy estudiante de gastronomía y mi escuela me dió cuchillos victorinox pero el cuchillo no me convenció por el tamaño enorme (27 cm) y lo pesado que era, así que compré este para ya no utilizar el que la escuela me dio y fue lo mejor que he comprado
