Pleasantly surprised how effective this is! I bought it primarily to help with sleep which it has, but it’s also impressive as a mood enhancer. If I had depression, I would definitely use one. Works best when you slightly wet your ear lobes.

I bought this for my mother-in-law in the hope that it would send her off to sleep quickly. I must say that it works well as sleep inducer, but it does seem to have the side effects of both troll-like snoring and thunderous, window-rattling flatulence. Still better than having the old dear conscious, so 4 stars.

I have a more expensive device for sleeping at night and was looking for a cheaper one for travel. It's easy to use, robust, compact and low maintenance. I tested it for 2 nights and it does help me sleep deeper. The current is quite strong and may be uncomfortable if you're too sensitive. I only use at power 3/15 which is enough. Note: There are lots of sleeping devices in the market, they don't work equally on everyone so don't blindly rely on my review or those who have been disapointed.

Great device for helping sleep and relaxing

have been using for 3 weeks increasing time and strength into week four think its helping with my scambled mind !!!!

Haven't been using this device long, but so far my sleep is better quality after using it. I would definitively recommend you try it if nothing else is working for you.
