Yes, the Tortillas are baked in our factory before we ship them out.
As with all tortillas we recommend heating them before eating them!

It just takes a minute (or 2:)
1. Take 2 tortillas from the package, wrap completely in paper towels, microwave on high for 30 seconds (microwave power and times may vary)

2. Unwrap the tortillas and hold them from the edge to test they are flexible and floppy. THIS IS IMPORTANT: If you think they are still too firm, (and will crack if you try to bend them) rewrap in paper towels and microwave for another 20 seconds. You can now top them with your favorite foods, fold, and eat! 
Or…

3. This is optional:
Before filling the tortillas, 
Place one tortilla over an open flame and, using tongs, flip it over once or twice until charred as much as you like. Continue one tortilla at a time with remaining tortillas. Caution: 🔥 Fire can be dangerous, do not walk away from the stove!

4. Another option: pan fry in a nonstick pan (we recommend spraying with a spray-on oil such as Pam to prevent sticking.)

5. OR - fry with a tablespoon of oil till golden on both sides.

6. Top tortillas with your favorite foods. You now have tacos🌮! Eat 🌮immediately!!

Suggested Fillings:
🌮 Scrambled eggs, chunky tomato salsa, and sour cream
🌮Shredded rotisserie chicken, barbecue sauce, avocado and coleslaw
🌮Pulled, slow-cooked brisket, pickled onions, and jalapenos
🌮 Tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella (place back into the microwave for 10-20 seconds to melt the cheese
🌮Peanut butter and jelly (why not?!)
