Brilliant
Fabulous idea, it does the work for you. Beautifully constructed, the advice about drinking a glass of water before the exercise, is helpful and important. The Waist Twisting Disc will improve your shape very quickly.

Very flimsy and snapped straight away!
As soon as I got the product out of the box and tried using it the elastic snapped! Poor quality and cheaply made. Waste of money!
