Works well! Easy to use and really does a great job reading temperature as well. Seems to be good value

We love this. We have 3 salt water tanks and this is so accurate. I keep my tank at 1.025 at all times so this was necessary. I periodically, once a month test against my local pet store my parameters...it is a way of double checking my home testing. Alwayson the money for the temperature and the salt. I cant recommend this enough! I will advise you to once you put it in the water to test you MUST wait for the beep to gwt the reading.

Pros: Couldn't be easier to use, clear screen Cons: No recall, actual usage deviates from the instructions (on, wait for ready with 0000, dip until screen flashes, click though values), limited range (i'm sure it's fine for a fish tank)

Salinity is accurate however temp is off by almost 3 degrees. There is no way to calibrate the temperature reading.
