I have a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 tablet. It is 1/4 inch taller and 1/4 inch narrower than an 8.5X11 sheet of paper. Will this still fit?

I have the iPad Pro Max 12.9 inch tablet. It is covered in a slim case. It fits in the tablet holder, but it sinks down when placed in holder. It won’t stay in one place, but slowly sinks down, perhaps because of the weight of the tablet. Any solution to that problem?

I want to be able to lie down flat in bed with the iPad being above my face. Can it do that?

Absolutely!! This is why we purchased this stand.  The other ones would fall (or threaten to fall) on your face.  This one is remarkably stable.  We can both watch (we use a Kindle, but the same issue) in bed, laying down, and then push the stand out of the way while still laying down with never an issue (ok, we're lazy, but isn't that the point of laying in bed? :)).  The stability of the unit is remarkable.  In all our use of this stand, it has NEVER come even close to falling over.

Will this unit accommodate a Windows Surface tablet computer?

The  Levo Deluxe G2 stand is specified to hold a tablet up to 8.5 x 11 inches weighing up to 4 pounds.  The Microsoft Surface 2 Pro is 6.8 x 10.8 inches and weighs 2 pounds so it should work.  The Surface 2  and the Surface Pro are the same size and about the same weight so they should work as well.  The Surface Pro 3 is 7.93 x 11.5 so it exceeds the max width by 0.5 inches. The Levo stand has many perforated holes giving you a lot of flexibility to mount different size items.  I measured my stand and the maximum hole width is in fact 11 inches.  A Surface Pro 3 may work (I don't have one) but it will be tight.  However there is a lot of room around the edges of the existing holes.  You could easily drill a few more holes if you are not satisfied with the fit using the existing holes.  The supplied bungee cords are definitely long enough to accommodate the larger tablet.
