Effective and gentle sounds like an ad for a laxative or stool softener. Trust me, nothing like that, but just as effective. Once in awhile I would take melatonin to help me sleep. As a midlife woman there are times that my mind doesn't shut off so my tired body may rest. When I found Unwind I was pleasantly surprised at the restful natural feeling that comes with a capsule. I take one before my shower and then kick back and read for a bit. As I'm relaxing, I can feel my mind and body literally began to unwind. It's such a a wonderful feeling. Soon I am laying aside my evening activities and turning to my pillow. And BAM. Next thing I remember is coming to, and it's time to wake up. Melatonin often lefr me with dreams, random and busy ones. Not unwind. It's so gentle and leaves me so rested. I highly recommend an unwind. One capsule usually does it for me but I have taken two before. Try it. Your body and mind will thank you. And don't try to think about laxatives in this review because there's nothing to do with them besides a couple of adjectives. Helpful tip: take before you're ready to go to bed. It takes about an hour to start working and sometimes a little longer for me. But who knows, your body may react differently than mine. Tip 2: check out the ingredient individually. They are wonderful.

Helps relax you and get you to sleep I still wake up sometimes but able to get back to sleep. Good product!

Excellent companion product to Aventura Elevate. While my wife and I both take Elevate, only she takes Unwind to alleviate her restless sleep. My wife loves this product and says she feels more rested in the morning.
