The item arrived quicker than even the estimated delivery suggested. The item itself is sturdy and has good capacity for holding loads of things. It look good whilst not taking up much room at all.After assembling I noted there was a problem with the inside divider panel (it didn’t fit and came with the wrong instructions). I contacted customer service to explain what happened and they got back to me straight away, guiding me to resolve what they thought might be the problem. I explained that it hadn’t solved things as it wasn’t the right panel for the item, and they got back to me the next day and offered to send a new item to replace the one that didn’t fit.The customer service team were prompt understanding and hugely helpful. This kind of service for me is sometimes more important than the actual product. I am so impressed. I highly recommend this company.

Very sturdy... So easy to assemble takes less than minute... Storage capacity it so big I can fit 4 king-size quilt covers... 2 bath mats.. 2 king-size mattress covers... 5 headtowels... 2 large bath towel and 2 hand towels and if I rolled these I could probably get more in.. I absolutely love it... Thank you
