i almost never take this case off unless i actually want to use the two pieces separately but thats a rare occurrence

As advertised and yet to be tested on the beach

Water proof for sure. Came with pads to ensure a snug fit

Poor quality material, does not work anymore.

Had to add foam inside to keep camera from bouncing around. Not originally a tight fit but works good after modding. The latch was very tight but it broke off this month after using it almost every day.

The camera has about 1/8 inch gap between the FOAM strips in the back of the case and all the other sides as well. so the camera flops around in the case. The case it self is water tight. The clamp that closes it, is very very easy to trigger and opens at the slightest touch in the wrong direction. You will lose the camera if you do not use something around the clamp to keep it from opening by accident. These things are NOT apparent from the pictures, and the clamp being a hair trigger release is not apparent until it happens and you drop or lose the camera. You are warned.

After one hour surfing, water was found inside the case. Enough to get into microSD and USB-C slots and damage the Action 2. Water pooling on the backside. Foam and silicone dabbed up water with paper towel. also fyi. you can't hear mic audio when inside the case, so better off with camera module alone.

Fantastic case for dji action 2. Cheaper than other brands.
