I’ve used this brand’s tongat + fadogia combo for a few months and noticed some positive results. I decided to give their spermidine and cistanche a shot, since I knew they were quality and was interested in these two compounds and what they do. Currently, this is my second bottle of spermidine and I’ve just now started to see a boost in energy levels and mental clarity (specifically memory recall), compared to my routine before. I think, like with the tongat + fadogia supplement, you’ll need to give this at least two months before deciding whether you want to continue with it or not. Right now this will be my second bottle, so I should start to see the bulk of the results this go around. I practice IF, so, anything that helps to support/enhance autophagy, along with the neuroprotective elements of fasting, is valuable to me. I just turned 31 a month ago, so I’m focusing far more on endurance, flexibility, mental health and general anti-aging, while I have the youth still going for me. I will update later on. But so far, considering price and assumed benefits, it’s definitely worth trying for at least two bottles worth. I’ve noticed no negative side effects or interactions with anything else I take or do.

I started using spermidine supplement from Earth Elixir as soon as arrived home,and after two weeks I'm sleeping much better, feels more energetic and I woke up aroused,I think my testosterone is doing better now because I can feel changes even a sharper memory than before this supplement. This product provides a high dose of spermidine, 12mg per 2 capsules. I like that it is lab certified because these days you want to know what you are getting. My main reason for taking spermidine is for it's ability to boost autophagy. For those who do not know what autophagy is it is referred to as "self-eating" basically the process that gets rid of cellular debris and junk. Typically you need to undergo fasting to turn on autophagy because that is a signal that your body is under stress and your body needs to adjust and run as efficiently as possible. Spermidine enhances this process which is why it is considered to be a longevity supplement. Your skin should look better, your age spots should start to disappear and you should generally feel better overall.

I have now tried 3 different spermidine brands and I am now back to taking the Earth Elixir brand because there was no comparison in the actual results that I felt. The Earth Elixir has kept my energy levels high and consistent. I have also noticed that my hair has gained color and thickness.

This product is very dangerous to your health!!! I was using this product for over 4 months and never noticed any effects until this last batch "LOT:20230810" gave me severe gastrointestinal issues. Then I decided to do some research on this product. Fermented Wheat Germ Extract is not a suitable source of spermidine and fermenting can grow a lot of pathogens that would need to be pasteurized to inert them. If you take this product you will be consuming 1200 mg of something but only receive 12 mg of spermidine. What is in the leftover 1,188 mg? I was about to totally stop taking spermidine till I found another company that actually tests their products and cares that their product works effectively. They are Renue and I'm now taking their LIPO Spermidine. Guess what! The first time I took that product I could actually feel more energy throughout the day. I still have the two bottles I bought that caused this issue one open and one unopen, I will be looking into a refund or sell the pills to people that would like to test and see what is actually in the pills.

I am really starting to see the effects of Spermidine. I am less stressed and I am seeing great improvements with my hair growth. I will continue to use this product.

As a coeliac I have looked for a safe way of getting the benefits of a supplement like this for a while and this product does not disappoint, you feel more youthful the day after the first time you take it. Recommend 1 a day in the evening only.
