Pace salsas are always welcome in my kitchen. Green top (mild) doesn't do much for me, but yellow-top (middling hot) is a staple in my house, and red top (hotter) is hard to find in my area. A bit chunky is a plus for me. On the American scale, this might be the ideal balance of heat and flavor. In northern and eastern Europe ("Ragu? Too spicy!"), people might start looking into the details of the Geneva Convention. In Thailand, you might find it next to the baby foods. While I like making my own pico and have another salsa that I also purchase, this has been my go to for a very long time. I don't buy designer salsa. If I am serving something like Tequila Lime Chicken, I just add a bit of squeezed lime juice. Sometimes I add what I have left over from the refrigerator, like ripe olives, sweet corn, sweet onion, etc. This salsa is good on it's own, but also blends well to accommodate whatever you're cooking.
