Why is this part over $100 cheaper than the OEM part?

Hi Josh Well because it’s not derect from the Chrysler Jeep dealers witch is OEM You pay for the Big Auto Dealers Name !!! Ever time you buy parts at any dealer Ship GM Chrysler Buick Etc. This one is an after market part . And could be made in China Mexico Indonesia Taiwan. I replaced my switch because the lights in the switch Turn on and off. When the green lights go off the rest of the other window controls stoped working The New switch has been in my Jeep for over a year now and for the Price well think about it ! And plus I can’t get it from the Dealer Any more ! ? !!!! Thank you for listening

I have manual windows. Could I use this to switch over to auto?

The wire harnesses are all the same. It's too expensive to have different ones so the wiring is already in your doors. You need the motors, switches, and interior door panels. If you're worried about it, pull a door panel and look to make sure. The parts can be cobbled together from junk yard vehicles.
