I have been taking these Tremella mushroom capsules since receiving it. I am also taking collagen peptides powder, but I can feel the difference, my nails are growing out and my hair has grown thicker and fuller, even though I've already had a lot of hair, but I can certainly feel that my hair has grown fuller and thicker, given I have fine hair. The capsules are easy to ingest and swallow. I usually take it with a meal or after and I take it with water.

If you are looking for something to help with memory, focus,mood while improving overall health of your brain. This is it! This ha improved my daughter's former brain injury damage . I use it myself for ADHD and menopause symptoms of memory fog. Something I feel every woman dealing with that should take. It has been heaven sent 🙏. Can not say enough good things about it and how it has improved my families life ! I have tried all sorts of things in the past. This product works !!

I’m so glad that I found it! I was doing a different one but after a year of it it stopped working and it’s bringing back cognitive and cleaning up from the fog in my brain! I will definitely be buying it again.
