These are definitely a game changer! Well they were for me anyway. Have the issue of my pinky toe rubbing the outside of my 4th toe when wearing my compression socks and work shoes. It made walking and standing at work painful for me. I put one of these spacers on my pinky toe and wow! No more toes rubbing together. It does take some getting used to, as in it's kind of annoying at first but definitely helped me so much! You do feel something in between your toes don't get me wrong, but it's a lot better than your toes rubbing together.

My 80 year husband broke his right great toe and elected not to have it evaluated by medical personnel. It swelled > 50% of its normal size and, obviously was very painful. He later found out it was a very severe break. Needless to say, with no treatment except occasional ice, the toe has never returned to its normal size and it impinged on the second toe as there was not enough space for the two toes. The clear rubber device proved itself to be just the right size to separate the toes and eliminate the discomfort. It was a toe saver for him!

These work okay. They do flip up sometimes, but even then they are keeping the toes separated. They are comfortable - I wear them literally all the time and don't notice. I wash them in a matter of seconds in the sink with hand soap every time I take a shower and it is no big deal. They are extremely durable and long- lasting. They do discolor over time - they darken. Also, I had hoped they would actually correct the overlap before it got too bad, but after many months they have just kept it from being worse. You could not wear these with flip-flops.

Work well, but don't stay in place for entire day.

This item if fantastic. I have spinal cord stenosis. Pain can and does radiate to my little toes. The pain is like someone has set them on fire all the time. If anything touches either tow it’s more painful. These spacers are a God send. I can sleep much better with no pain. Much better than having to hang my feet off the side of the bed.

I have a narrow pinky toe and it fits my toe just right. It doesn't cut off circulation in my experience so I am able to wear it all day with socks and shoes. It is soft and flexible so you need to confirm it stays in place while putting on your sock. Once my sock is on it stays put all day without needing to reposition it. Or I can just wear it comfortably as is with flip flops and no socks. It does what it is supposed to do comfortably keeping my pinky toe seperated from the toe next to it so the toes don't rub together and can heal from the calluses I had removed between them from wearing shoes that were too narrow. FINALLY RELIEF!!

Good product. Fits well, stays in place and is comfortable. Could have used some directions as the shape is odd.. but I figured it out.

As others have mentioned in reviews, these things are hit and miss. First, there are no instructions on how to put them on so I had to Google/YouTube to find that out. Also, getting them on is kind of tricky because they roll as you slide them on. Once in place, they do provide good separation between the pinky and ring toe. However, if you put anything on your feet i.e. shoes, socks, sandals, the spacers tend to slide and/or roll around on the toe. Moreover, you can't really tell from "feel" whether they are "flat or rolled" once on the toe. So, you have to try to feel them to make sure they are mounted correctly. I understand why they are made so soft but a little more firm would be better. I probably won't buy anymore of these.

Soft and not hurting, still it does its job of pushing away slightly the crooked big toe (bunion problem) away from the next finger. It stays in place.

The toe holes looked too small when these arrived compared to the ones I was used to but I needent have worried as they stretched and fitted my toe well. I wear one 24 /7 and when I go for a 6 kilometer run every day. I only take it off when I shower every day which is when I wash it as well. They are quite comfortable when you get used to them.
