Worth every penny! I have a 1000 gallon pond with 30+ tilapia (too many! didn't expect this many to survive). So needless to say I have a LOT of filtration, 3000gph and 1000gph pumps feeding biological, mechanical and a bog filter. Finding media that is effective and reuseable (cleanable) has been a challenge. This is the 4th media I have tried and I am very happy with it! Rinsing it out with just a garden hose and spray nozzle gets it clean enough for reuse and it seems durable enough to hold up to this processes for a long time.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Non toxic and it got rid of the green sheet algie in my small pond. The dogs and birds drink out of it regularly so I needed something safe. It turned that Alfie into brown gunk that filtered right out and it was seems to inhibit more growth at least for a time. Easy to use and perfect for my pond.

Like this because of them length, and I can cut a new piece each year. This will definitely last a while, good filter. Might have to go with one a little thicker next time but this one is really collecting the algae and keeping my pump free of junk. The UV light really is the one that improves water quality, but this is a helper as well.

I took a chance ordering this ultra fine filter to be used for my Wybot S2 robot pool cleaner. Definitely worth the money you can cut it to size for multiple months or years. Definitely better quality than what Wybot S2 comes with.

Product is good However, it is 3 times more expensive than similar products. It's over charged

My large pond (30ft x 10ft x 5ft deep) was out of balance and my large 30-yr-old koi were dying, sometimes two a day. I put this white filter with the black coarse one in place of existing foams and they are doing a great job of clearing the sludge, although I did have to clean them daily to start with. I have also put in pond balancer, so it is not just down to the filters, but they were clearing the water before the balancer was added. The filter pads stand up to pressure washer treatment well and the only downside is the expense. If if keeps working it will be worth it.

Used this to replace 10 year old filter, it is pretty stiff and huge but cuts ok. Hard to force into curved filter frame so hope it does get more flexible over time.

A good product and just what I was looking for. You can cut it to size. It is reusable and easily washed.
