This has a lovely cool taste. I used 3 of the really tiny tea bag’s to make my 25 oz tea cup. It’s keeping the heat really well! The taste is clean and cool. Very happy with this tea!

Wanted to try this because it's about five dollars less than my usual monthly subscription order of spearmint tea and everyone was raving about it being the best spearmint tea they've had. I don't know if I just got a bad/expired batch or something (even though the expiration date on the box isn't til April 2026), but the tea smells dried out and hardly tastes minty at all..it tastes old. I don't know what other spearmint teas everyone's been drinking, but this is far from the best that I have had. I'm probably going back to my other subscription after this box. So unfortunate that this is an non-returnable item or I absolutely would return it. ***EDIT: The seller contacted me promptly after this review and offered a full refund despite Amazon's return policy. They were kind and courteous while doing so and even asked for the lot number so they could do further quality control. I do not have the box anymore to help with that, but appreciate their due diligence regardless. And I have now received said refund. I added 2 stars due to great seller experience.

I was looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to Traditional Medicinals spearmint tea and I found this. I actually prefer the taste of this to TM's. It's sweet and light and is so refreshing when served chilled—which is a huge bonus since I live in a hot climate. I can confidently say I've found my go-to summer beverage! I also like that I can drink it right before bed and not have any problem sleeping. On a personal note, I began drinking spearmint tea to help with hormone problems that have followed me into adulthood since my PCOS diagnosis when I was a teen. I'm not sure if the positive effects I'm seeing are from the tea or not as I've only been drinking it steadily for about 3 weeks, but at this point it'd just be a win/win because I love the taste of this tea so much. I plan to keep drinking it for that reason alone! The environmentally-friendly aspect is yet another plus, and I also really like the little teabag squeezer that came with it. I hadn't been expecting that. Very cute surprise :)

I really like this spearmint tea. It came in a box and inside the box is a bag containing all the tea bags. I also love that it came with a cute little set of bamboo tongs to pull out the tea bags and not have to reach your hand in the bag. The color is good. The taste is light and refreshing not overpowering. There is no texture to the tea was made it’s smooth. I know this has the health benefits I’m looking for to support my PCOS, I was just looking for a brand like this. It’s caffeine free.

Best spearmint and best hibiscus tea, high quality products. The spearmint is warm and sweet can drink it cold too with some ice and a drop of lime or lemon. The hibiscus is full of flavor and tangy as hibiscus should be. Hibiscus can be enjoyed hot or cold. My two favorite teas at all times

I drink a bunch of this stuff. Had to pick some kinda herb, and since some people rely on spearmint for health reasons I figure it's a good cause to put my support behind. This was simply the best option out of all the listings I was exposed to.

Absolutely delicious! I love to put 2 bags in a mason jar and let it cold infuse for 16-20 hours... very refreshing and good for you!
