How dark can the marshmallows get? I like to burn them or at least crisp them a bit

They can get pretty brown but not burnt completely (I’ve at least never tried it). I usually hold it till it starts to smoke on the top and then repeat with all the sides you can get a pretty good s’more from it, though please be safe if you do this as I’m not sure how recommended it is.

How do you clean this if the marshmallow drips onto the heating coils?

It heats up the marshmallow but not to a point it will drip. It takes about 10 minutes to just make it warm. It's worth it for cold days and an indoor activity.

Hi, can I use this in Europe?

It uses a standard US style electrical plug and runs on US household electric. It might work thought an adapter but you'd have to make sure it supports the amount of power that this would draw. The appliance specifications are 120 volts, 60 hertz, and 270 watts. If you can meet those standards you are good.
