We hadn't tried UV resin before but had used standard resin so thought we wanted to give it a go, this needs no mixing like standard resin which is great but also this kit has everything to get started, bezels, cord necklaces for the finished items to hand on, keyrings, jump rings, lots of beautiful mica powders and glitters plus tassels and a small UV lamp plus more and all from a very well known make at a really good price, the only thing I found slightly disappointing was the UV lamp only works while plugged in so I need to work close but as it only takes anything from 60 seconds to a few minutes to cure under the UV lamp it's no real issue, if you haven't worked with UV resin before it much thicker than standard resin and a little harder to get rid of any bubbles although you also get so many fewer bubbles, for example if I'm doing a tiny necklace I may have no bubbles or just one, either way we have already purchased more UV resin and now a larger "let's resin" double UV lamp which has a shelf to cure above and below at the same time, we've definitely caught the resin jewellery bug, super fun, super easy and wonderful to gift, a great size box and a huge UV resin bottle is included, even though we've purchased a new bottle, we haven't used more than maybe half of this one as with jewellery resin a little goes a long way

All products were in the box, but the gloves were missing. Instructions are very easy to follow and the quality of the items is good.

This pack arrived yesterday morning and I've been busy thinking of new ideas and making items. It's a learning curve, and I recommend looking up a YouTube video or two just to make sure you know what you're doing. The kit contains everything you need to start, but you will probably want to expand your choice of moulds before long. The bottle of UV resin is huge for a starter kit - 250ml go a long way. Note: make sure you're not crafting in direct sunlight. And if you want to try using a mica powder, don't use it in the molds, it won't cure in the middle. Tip: if you use the little mixing bowl and have some resin left over, pour little droplets on to the tape, you can use them as little beads for decoration. My criticism: the tools are soft silicone, a bit too soft for my liking. But you can use a wooden toothpick for moving the resin into the edges and popping bubbles. I don't like the space themed stickers, but that's my personal taste. The jump rings are a little bit too small if you fill the moulds right up to the top, and want to have a domed finish. Bur really, I would recommend this kit to anyone who wants to give it a go. It's brilliant.

I have to admit it was a great choice... my daughter was delighted... and so was I... we made some great jewelry... my daughter also made some for her friends... everyone was delighted... I love anything that gets kids away from the computer and allows them to be creative... I recommend it to everyone...

Bought as a Xmas present so not tried it as yet but the lamp works well when plugged in & the accessories appear to be good quality all individually packaged and outer box looks good , coloured with logo . A lot of hobby kits at this price point often come in very plain packaging and thrown in together whereas the items in this one have been laid in neatly and well presented to give as a gift :)

The kit seems good value for money, everything you need there to start although I do think that some protective gloves should be included. It's not as if they are expensive items. I initially had a problem with the resin being sticky. Whatever I tried it was sticky, using just the clear resin, no additives at all. I reached out to Customer Support and after some to and fro with them they replaced the resin for me. The new resin works perfectly, lovely and clear, and NOT STICKY!

The UV light size is smaller than expected and the device is not as the picture it is the old not the upgraded UV device.. I am disappointed..
