Item took a month to arrive but I knew that when I ordered it. Item came well packaged and as a result i found no flaws or defects as some have reported. Safe ws easy to configure to configure to my own codes, ?This was a replacemnt to a smaller sentry safe. Very pleased with nthis purchase.

Safe works great. I love the light feature. The safe is just large enough to fit all the files and items we wanted. Highly recommended

The safe was severely damaged. Abysmal customer service. Amazon customer support was excellent. Full refund. Otherwise, I would still be waiting for a reply from the seller. Safe is of poor quality, and customer service is non-existent.

nice sturdy safe. nice size The key lock is not separate; it is added security. You still need the keypad to open. The batteries for the keypad are in a battery slot outside, easy to access and change batteries; this is great. it says you can bolt down the safe. This is really malarkey. There are some lag bolt screws included, but no preset place to drill; you drill blindly through safewalls, and it disables any waterproofing of the safe. This is terrible and will most likely not be implemented by anyone. It is a marketing gimmick only to say you can bolt down the safe.
