I have taken this supplement for 21 days. I have taken probiotic supplements for decades and prebiotic supplements for a couple of years. My first week on Synbiotic didn't feel any different than with other supplements. After about 12 days on Synbiotic I noticed I was not having food cravings or thinking about my next meal all the time. I was thinking about it after a few days of not having cravings, and I realized it must be this supplement because nothing else had changed in my diet or routines, so I looked up the benefits of postbiotics online, and sure enough, a decrease in cravings can be a benefit. Some of the information I ran across indicated that postbiotics are linked to mental health and feelings of well-being, and can even help people with serious mental illness diagnoses,. When I read that, I realized that I had definitely had less stress responses and a more positive outlook to dealing with work stress and employee issues that usually get to me. That sold me, and I put Synbiotiic on subscription! Because fermented postbiotics can have strong odors, there is disc in the supplement bottle that is saturated with a strong mint oil. It took me 3 days, then on the 4th day of having a burning feeling in my esophagus that kind of felt like heartburn, which I almost never suffer from, I realized that the mint oil clinging to the outside of the capsules was irritating my esophagus. I poured the remaining capsules into a bowl and now store them that way, then give each capsule a quick rinse before I take it and that has alleviated the problem. If I take the supplement with food, I get a little digestive upset, the best results for me are taking it on an empty stomach first then in the morning at least a half hour before eating, with plenty of water or green tea. I seem to be getting the same amount of digestive and immune support as I was on other brands of probiotics and prebiotics, but the new results of the postbiotic support are impressive and make the slightly higher monthly cost of this product worth it.

I just started taking these daily. Im still in week 1, but so far Im loving the peppermint because they usually dont smell pleasant but this is great and no aftertaste. I like how it helps with gut health and bloating. The only thing is I think it’s a bit too pricey tho.

Awesome 3 in 1 supplement if you suffer from any kind of frequent or occasional stomach/GI issues. The bottle is well made and its easy to get the lid on and off while still being secure and maintaining the freshness of the capsules. The capsules both taste and smell really good and minty, I was both surprised and pleased by this. The capsules start working fast to provide all sorts of relief once you take them, saw a huge improvement in my GERD symptoms and these are great to take if you've overeaten and given yourself an upset stomach, they work wonders for bloating. The only issue I have with the product is in the color choice for the font, its white and very hard for me to see on the light grey bottle, it made reading the product information and directions challenging at first, a darker font would definitely be easier to see and read.

I have tried a multitude of probiotics and this product is by far superior. My stomach is sensitive and I never feel nauseous taking their probiotic supplement.

It is peppermint flavored! This threw me off but I do not hate it. For myself, I feel a difference in the bloating and pains of my stomach overall. Yes, it is expensive but I would consider paying extra for a good product.

I like to rotate probiotics so I'm getting all the different strains but the mint smell in this is so strong that I can't even take them. It also tastes like it. If you like mint then these are the right probiotics for you.

Genuinely such an impressive little bottle of pre-, pro-, and post-biotics all in one and as a self-stable option not requiring refrigeration - makes taking all necessary "biotics" a breeze instead of buying individual options that often come in ugly containers or require space in the fridge. It also has a slight mint scent which makes me nauseous but swallowing is easy and of course the scent disappears after you eat it. I'd rather they change the scent to like a citrus but hey, not too bad. A major issue is why is this company concealing or not making the full ingredients clearly and easily visible? It should be shown visibly in the preview images and it is not - A MAJOR CONCERN and one which leads to dubious confidence in this brand and the ingredient's authenticity. Hope they rectify this immediately Additionally, I do wish that the price was lower because its rather too pricy to justify (seller/manufacturer please be more cost competitive as its hard to want to purchase this again due to the price) and also, as shown in my photo, I don't see why they'd ruin the front of the light blue bottle by putting the sticker there! Thankfully I was able to rinse and scrub off but it left a tad of sticky residue. Not like that's a major factor but an annoyance that could ruin the design for others if they don't take the time to remove the sticker or have issues with it successfully coming off without other steps. Its just such a pretty aesthetic, care for your full presentation! I say this especially as I plan to order more and use this bottle continually for storage if it goes well. I just received it so too early to tell if I notice a difference with its impact or effectiveness but looking at the ingredients and percentage, it looks like a fantastic option and worth the price though of course I still think it could be slightly more competitive/accessible yet for what you're paying for, seems to be promising. I also think the technology and design of these seem to have such potential, hope it turns out to truly be one of the best options on the market.
