Works great, it’s hard to find any kind of volume that it would fill, on any of these pour foams. I guessed and did use to much, but it works great. I did 1/2 a gallon of each to fill a blue food grade barrel. I believe you only need 1/3 of each to fill that space. Do in other words both gallons will fill a 55 gallon barrel.

Used this Floatation Foam to restore a 1986 Sea Nymph Striper CC 17. Needed to replace the two rear foam pockets between the splashguard and transom. Cleaned out the space and sealed all corners using duck tape (ceiling/void expansion will work as well). Just make sure every pocket is covered as this will seep into the smallest spaces. Mixed half of the 2 gallon (1 gallon from each bottle) into the bucket, used a long metal mixer with my drill and mixed it for up to a minute as the contents will start to do a chemical reaction start pouring into the desire space as soon as possible and dont be afraid to add a little extra vs using less as you may have to add more on top of the previous pour and it will not look good in unison. Its that easy. Look at a few youtube videos on 2 part polyurethane pours or floatation foam. You will understand why prepping is very important and you will get it right the first time. Not intimidating at all P.S it is a chemically reactive so wear gloves or your skin may burn

I purchased this for a project at our cabin but that didn't work out, so it was just sitting in our garage. I installed a new yard light and needed to secure the pole in the hole. I had heard about using foam so I thought I'd give it a try. My hole was 18" deep and about 7" wide. I mixed up about 2 cups of this and poured it in. Wow! It filled the hole and bulged out of the ground. This stuff is tough, and also difficult to remove from anything that it cures on. As a result, the post is secure and I am delighted with the result.

It worked well. Both in purpose and ease of use. You need to make sure it is measured right 1:1 and mixed thoroughly. I put a 3/8” wood dowel in my drill and put a couple zip ties on the end to make a power stirrer. This worked great. I would measure, combine and mix with the drill, taking a few seconds after mixing each time spin the mixer in acetone to clean. Don’t clean up drips or the vent blow outs till they are hard. It’s less work that way.

Bottles were sealed perfectly when I received them. They mixed great and expanded as good or better than a more expensive foam I bought elsewhere.
