I bought these tablets after suffering multiple calf strains, I was a regular runner but a knee injury caused me to have a 6 month break, I needed to start again for health and wellbeing as I could feel a low level depression coming on as a result of lack of exercise Once I tried to start running again I found that I was unable to get more that 2 run's in before I would pull a calf muscle. I tried rest, giving it 4 weeks before trying to run again after a calf strain but found the calf went straight away. I did some online investigations and found people were advising that a magnesium supplement might help with Calf issues, so I investigated the different types of magnesium supplements and decided to try this one. I started taking 2 per day for a month, one with breakfast & one with lunch, after 4 weeks I tried running again and the results were amazing my calf's feel great the tightness that I had before I started taking the supplement has gone and I have now completed 7 runs with no calf strain, so if you have tight calf's or pulled muscles in that area then I would say give these ago as they worked for me.

This is the best Magnesium I have ever taken. They are highly digestible and effective for muscle soreness and sleep. You can’t go wrong!

Felt the effect from day 1. Took one pill 30 minutes before sleeping, and had the best sleep. Since I started taking these pills, my sleep quality improved and I don’t feel like going back to bed to get more sleep once I wake up in the morning.

Update: Still think this is pretty great but its only effective when I take two. I have taken 1 at night and felt like it didn't make much of a difference, not really drowsy or able to fall asleep fast or sleep as well. Two still works good though, just sucks for the budget. Haven't found any contrary labelling info but will update if I ever do. Original Review: Dude, this magnesium is good. I have adhd and mild sleep apnea so I sleep like garage, I’ve taken this for two nights and two pills each night so far. - immediately noticed I woke up less tired, less puffy face/eye and less dry eyes/mouth. - a little more energy. - less physical pain, my pain gets way worse when I’m tired. - woke a little bit before my alarms naturally. I will update my review with more time using it, especially for digestive health and that’s my main complaint about magnesium supplements. A lot have filler in them and the oxide or other will keep me tied to a bathroom in the wrong way. (Avoid can prev especially as they use a lot of oxide filler and it’ll really set you off) The price is kinda high but I looked on Canada’s regulatory site and googled for a while trying to see if this product genuinely doesn’t contain filler. From what I can tell it looks like accurate in labelling, I’m gonna be optimistic but will update if I come across conflicting info.
