Taste great!
I love these before intense workouts or in middle if needed. Just enough carbs to have full energy. Also they taste so good! They are super convenient and worth the cost!

Come, sit down in one of the folding chairs in front of the fire. Grab yourself a thin stick and a fluffy marshmallow, and get ready to cook up a nice golden fluffy sugary delight. From the moment the gel hits your pallet, you’re taken out of whatever difficulties your facing; be it running, cycling, WHATEVER! You’re pulled into the woods, at your favorite campground, eating that nice toasted marshmallow you’ve been craving while waiting for someone to go grab the graham crackers and chocolate bars. You can taste the perfection of a golden toasty marshmallow. The consistency of the gel makes it so only the temperature is the real distinguishing attribute that would have you guessing which is an actual marshmallow, and which is a gu gel packet. This flavor is definitely my favorite. If I was ever on the fence about quitting endurance sports, this would be all I need to hold out for the rest of a reason!

Great for energy
We give this to our teens 5-10 min before a tennis match for some extra energy. They are very particular about taste but they like the chocolate and s’mores.

These gels are great for my long runs. They give me the energy I need and taste great!

Great stuff
It’s a lifesaver on long runs. The taste of the Smore flavor is pretty good actually. My stomach seems to handle them very well on long runs. I start taking them at the 30 minute mark and take them every 45ish minutes after that. They provide sustainable energy throughout longer efforts.
