The keyboard and mouse are disconnected from the receiver and not working, how do I pair them?

Pls contact the seller directly, or repair your keyboard/mouse with a USB receiver. The pairing steps are as follows: Mouse pairing steps: Step 1: Turn the switch at the bottom of the mouse to the switch position with the sun logo; Step 2: Press and hold the mouse wheel and right button, the mouse RGB lights start to flash; Step 3: Insert the receiver into the computer and the pairing is complete. Keyboard pairing steps: Step 1: Turn on the keyboard switch; Step 2: Press and hold the ESC key and the K key at the same time, the indicator light starts to flash; Step 3: Insert the receiver into the computer, and pairing is complete.

is this compatible with a mac os?

Yes it is, although I’ve remade keyboard shortcuts for some functions. Such as turning the brightness down (oddly it came fine with brightness up as the “pau break” button. I think since it’s originally for windows you just gotta put some shortcuts in for Mac. I love it though

how do you connect it to the playsation 5?

1. Connect your keyboard and mouse via the USB ports on your PS5 console. (At the rear) 2. After a few seconds, the PS5 should recognize both devices. 3. Customize your setting if you wish. Go to Settings >Devices. 4. Choose to customize either your External Keyboard or Mouse.
