Great, as always.
I've been wearing Ecco's for decades. This model is the one I've worn for the last decade (this is the 2nd or 3rd pair...they last so long I can't keep track). I also have Ecco dress shoes and golf shoes. I know my Euro size, and, so the only difficulty this time was that the size was given in US size. I took my best guess, and it was correct -- the shoes arrived and were my usual Euro size, and, as per usual, fit perfectly. They look exactly as before, well made, and I expect that they will last, at least, a few years. Haven't really worn them much, yet, but they feel comfortable and I expect they will be. For me, I cannot go wrong buying Ecco's and these were on sale, so the price was nice, as well.

Great Sneaker from ECCO
I am a big fan of ECCO shoes to begin with and these sneakers did not disappoint. What I really like is the fact that the trim is not white on these. I do like that look, especially with shorts in the summer months, but these give you another option to wear as you go into the winter months and wear allot more jeans instead of shorts. I guess I would say they make you look a little more dressed up (if that's possible with sneakers : ). Plus you don't have to worry about the white trim getting dirty as the black hides allot more. As with all my ECCO shoes the fit is great , the comfort is excellent and the workmanship is top notch. If you take care of a pair of ECCO shoes it will last a very long time. Can't got wrong with these shoes.

Excellent shoe
Because of the width of my feet (in between M and W in size 11.5 or 12) it's difficult to find a good last. I've had modest luck with Ecco and was hoping to get another good one in these after others wrote these might run a bit small and other Ecco styles seem to run small as well (in size 12). I am happy to report these run actually true to size. Probably a bit narrow for my feet in size 12, these were comfortable in terms of width at size 13 (i.e., 47) but otherwise too big for my feet. The shoe itself looks very well made, stylish and feels very comfortable. Highly recommended.

LOVE These...But they do run big!
Like most guys, I needed something to fill that gap between gym shoes and dress shoes. I've always liked the looks of these Ecco sneakers, but never had a pair. When I decided to give these a try I had a hard time deciding on a color! I was back-n-forth between Mahogany, Black, White, and the color I went with (Magnet). I am REALLY glad I got this color. My photos make them look like they have a blueish cast to them, but in person they're a dark grey. I seriously like this color. It goes great with both light-washed and dark jeans, as well as different shades of khaki chinos. The leather is really soft and of high quality. Super comfortable right out of the box.The only negative (if you can call it one) is that they run very large. I typically wear a 9.5 or 10 depending on the shoe, so I ordered these in size 43 (9 - 9.5) and they were more like a 10.5, so I ordered the 42 (8 - 8.5) and they fit perfectly. There is no way I could wear a 8 or 8.5 in any other shoe, but in this shoe it's perfect. I'm returning the size 43 pair.

Fat Feet/High Arches: Happy!
I tried these on in a local store before buying because I have “Fred Flintstone” 10.5E feet. I was shocked to find the EU44/US10/10.5 fit me okay. Looser laces compensate enough to fit comfortably.Style is minimalist and versatile. I was so pleased that I bought these in black also!ECCO has a unique insole design that gives excellent arch support and feels a bit odd at first. But they know what they’re doing. These have become more comfortable as time goes on.The company also attaches the sole to the upper in a unique way that, I suspect, should mean that I won’t split the sides out like I do on every other shoe I buy.As a man, I see a basic white sneaker, but I have discovered that women appreciate these even more? I get unsolicited compliments all the time. Women are weird. And these sneakers rock!

It’s the real deal.
I became a bit nervous before buying these after reading some of the reviews. Some said it was fake leather, they ran narrow, they run too big or the construction was a bit shoddy. I found the complete opposite! Ecco makes a quality product. The leather and craftsmanship is outstanding! They are the real deal! They manufacture these in European sizes. Which would be confusing. So to the US sizing it would feel a bit bigger. I would size down. I also would recommend removing the shoe laces and relace the shoe again to your liking. That I would believe would address the narrow feel to the shoe issue and allow you to adjust the vamp better. Plenty of room in the toebox and the heel pocket has superb support. The foot bed is somewhat cushion and has a very good arch support. I find it’s styling in my opinion to be somewhere between a casual shoe in a sneaker, which makes it good for both and will be my new every day walking shoes. Ecco will definitely have my business in the future.

Sizing is Tricky
I own several pairs of Ecco shoes. Overall they are durable and comfortable. With most shoe brands I wear a 10.5-11. When ordering Ecco's i have found that I need to order 11-11.5 to get a comfortable fit. I recently purchased the ECCO Men's Soft 7 Long Lace Sneakers. They seemed a little snug when i put them on, but not uncommon for a new pair of shoes, so I figured I just needed to break them in a bit. A little over a month of daily wear I the shoe has relaxed and generally fits well outside of the heal area on the left shoe. It constantly scrapes against my heal and is a bit painful at times. If you purchase these and notice an initial heal scrape (even if it seems minor) despite a generally acceptable fit, don't expect it to get better with use.

Worth the money
Out of the box you can tell the quality and workmanship. A lot of negative reviews on proce but it's worth it. I typically wear a 10.5 in red wing boots and 11 in noke tennis shoes so I ordered a 44 and it's perfect. Saw a trick where for men, add 34 to yoir US size and round down if it's a half size to get your EU size. You can also go to the ecco size chart and measure your foot against the wall with a sheet of paper to get a better idea of sizing. I think they'll look good with jeans and dressier pants. Overall, they are comfortable and I think it was a good purchase.
