I was prediabetic with HBA1C of 5.8. Hence bought this ALA (300mg) from Zenith. Have been consuming 1 tablet daily on empty stomach in morning since past 2.5 months. Planning to check sugar levels etc on completion of 5-6 months consumption. So far no side effects experienced.

Thus far have experienced no ill effects on health. So for those who need ALA which has good health benefits can go for it. But very expensive !!

It seems that this item is effective on the pain relief. However I have taken only 2 dozes ( 4 capsules). Let me complete of first month dozes to know true results.

I definitely feel it's working. I took ashwagandha and shilajit along with it. I'm not sure which one worked but feel diabetic neuropathy is gone, it could make the difference, now my pain, numbness, tingling effect is gone to certain noticeable extent but not completely gone. Ill continue this course for few more months, shall order the next course. It's cheap compared to other products in the market and better quantity wise and you can try affordable. But keep control on your diet importantly if not excercise. Don't go back to your uncontrolled life. My feet pain was always an indication if I was over my limit or carbohydrate intake and with this I feel like advantage to disadvantage. Ill definitely control my diet.
