Great product! It heats up in a good amount of time and works really well. The size is convenient and it’s simple to use. It pressed and toasted my food nicely and felt sturdy while using it. Although, I might have misunderstood the description because I thought it would come with two additional interchangeable plates of different types, but it appears to only include one set. Even so, the included panini press plates worked great for what I made. Overall I’m happy with how it functions.

Works great, but it doesn't get that hot. Takes some time to cook, but you're not likely to burn anything which is a plus. I cook eggs on it with the lid closed and it's been working so far. Cleaning can be a pain, but that's usually the case for appliances like this. Surface is nonstick, so do be careful not to use any metal utensils that may scratch it. It's pretty light and a decent size. It has a indicator light aswell. All in all a decent product.

looooove this ! works great , heats up quickly , wipes down easoly with a napkin and spray of vinegar, So very convenient, i love that i can make a quick healthy sandwich and have a warm veggie sandwich or grill cheesse in minutes, great for nights you dont want to make a mess or cook but still get a hot meal that can be healthy too. great gadget in Summer especially , does not produce much heat except for the grill it gets very hot to the touch but does not give off heat....so nice !!!! just wish it was a bit bigger but it is great :))))

I didn't use this for a while after I received it, finally got around to making a sandwich. It is pretty good except that there is a definite cool spot where the bread doesn't toast.

Very practical, you can place bread or meat.. it's like a grill, I love it
