Feet, no. Butt, yes. Seat gets a little uncomfortable after a bit. Not too bad, but for a long workout, it would be an issue.

How long it will take to assemble this?

There is a detailed manual along with the package and we also attached an installation video here just in case you need it. Our rowing machine is easy to assemble and it will take no more than 30 mins! Hope you can enjoy this rowing machine!

How do you connect the water rower to the kinomap app? i don't see bt on monitor?

You have to remove the batteries. Open the kinomap app, go to the tab to connect the rower. Put the batteries back in and wait for it to appear in the kinomap app. You don't connect it from the Android or IOS bluetooth settings. It only shows up in the app.
