I use this magnetizer demagnetizer, mostly to magnetize small screwdrivers for computers. It will hold a 0000 screw to a screwdriver without issue. The best part is, after removing the magnetizer, the screwdriver stays magnetized for a week or so. Great tool when you're in a jam.
