Vibrant colour

Really handy large rucksack — ideal as kids enter Year 6 or 7. It has numerous compartments and a generous overall capacity, making it great for school, sports, or day trips. We now have two others in different colours for my sons, and my daughter absolutely loves this one. It’s sturdy, practical, and worth every penny — especially when it’s on offer!

While JanSport is a well-known and widely available brand, I find it to be overrated for the price. It lacks essential comfort and protection features that you’d expect from a premium priced backpack. One major issue is the lack of bottom padding, there's no cushioning at the base of the bag. This means thatplacing textbooks inside can risk damage when the bag is set down. It also reduces the overall structural protection of the contents. Additionally, while the design is simple and the variety of colors is appealing, the overall build quality doesn’t always match the hype or the cost. In short, JanSport bags may look good and last a while, but they lack the functional padding and ergonomic comfort that modern school bags should offer, especially at this price point.
