Perfect as a board for watercolour painting.
I use this as a board to tape my watercolour paper to. It’s perfect for the job. I can cut my paper to size with a craft knife and then use the board to lean on. It’s a great addition to my art kit. The measurements are accurate, it’s just the right size for the work I do and it’s thick enough to hold my work firmly. Great value too.

Die Elan Schneidematte im Format A3 ist mit ihren 5 Lagen gut verarbeitet und bietet eine stabile und widerstandsfähige Oberfläche zum Schneiden. Die grüne Farbe mit weißen Hilfslinien erleichtert präzise Zuschnitte und macht sie gut sichtbar. Die selbstheilende Oberfläche funktioniert bei normalen Schneidarbeiten zuverlässig, Schnitte schließen sich nach kurzer Zeit wieder, was die Lebensdauer der Matte erheblich verlängert. Durch die mehrlagige Konstruktion schützt sie die Arbeitsfläche sehr gut und schont auch die Klingenschärfe der Messer. Allerdings sollte man vermeiden, immer an denselben Stellen zu schneiden, um die Oberfläche nicht zu überlasten. Insgesamt eine gute Schneidematte für Hobby und Profi mit sehr solider Qualität.
