Wonderful!! Great buy, great product. Will order more. I am replacing all hinges in my house. This purchase was well worth the money. They r sturdy and come w all the screws. Exactly what I needed. They look just like the picture and fit just right. The weight is of a normal hinge and they function just like a normal hinge. They were adjusted straight into the grooves of our doors perfectly.

Replaced all the hinges theoughout my home. Perfect size, easy to install, and look amazing. These are great quality hinges and match the new door knobs perfectly.

They make my door look much better. Quality is great for the price and very easy to install.

They are super nice and fit perfectly for my builder grade doors. The do make a slimy sound, I don't know if that make sense. Is the sound of the grease inside. With time is has gotten better (after 2 months installed). The give a very high end look to my house.

I was in process of upgrading all the hardware to black color -- curtain rods, handles, knobs, door stops, towel rack etc -- so the black hinges were the last item in the list. Overall the 30-pack hinge pack are reasonably priced. The box includes all the necessary hardware - including screws. The install for the most part was easy -- however, two concerns are with the pin and the quality of the paint. Because all of existing hinges had door stop, I wanted to retrofit the new hinge with the same door stop and that required removing the metal pin. ⚠️ The product page suggests using some nail or screw but that was an utter failure. ℹ️ Only effective way to remove the ping from new hinge is to use pin from the old hinge. ⚠️ On 60% of the black hinges, the pin came out after 3-4 hammering. But on the remaining black hinges, the pin was very difficult to remove. It took probably ~10+ hammering to remove the pin. ⚠️ While doing that I noticed the paint coating was also starting to come off on some of the black hinge/pin. My suggestion is to use Sharpie or some permanent marker to cover the paint peel off.

Perfect 3 1/2" hinges! Perfect fit and look great. Go for the quiet hinges. I'm going to get more and redo my entire house!

These hinges are heavy duty. They have a great finish. I used some of these on a mahogany entry door and they function flawlessly and they DO NOT SQUEAK. The steel is top grade. These will last for decades under normal use. They are easy to install on pre-mortised doors. Professional installation is recommended for unmortised doors. If using these as replacement hinges, make sure to observe how well the screws grip the door and the frame. If they fit loosely, wood glue can be used for screws fitting snugly while really loose screws may require using golf tees being inserted into the holes and broken off to allow the screws to grip the wood better. This set of hinges was extremely economical when compared to the same quality and quantity locally. These hinges are heavy and strong. I highly recommend these hinges. There is a slight amount of space between the screws and the hinge, this is the only way to "adjust" the hinge without changing the position on the door and frame. I've had some of these installed for over 3 years, exposed to frequent use in high humidity conditions with no rust.

So far, PERFECT! I had ordered custom prehung solid core doors from a national big box store, paid extra for nice “oil rubbed bronze” hinges. They all came with the cheapest hinges ever, suitable for hollow core doors but did not work for these heavy 30”-36” solid core doors. Adjusting them only lasted a few door swings. After trying and failing to find heavy duty 3.5” hinges locally I found these on Amazon with ball bearings. These hinges arrived in just a few days. The box was a bit falling apart as it wasn’t sturdy enough to hold a 12 pack of heavy duty hinges, but I didn’t buy them for a pretty box. All hinges were in their own sealed plastic, and good screws were included for install. The hinges are coated solid black which is fine for now, though I might add a bit of metallic color to them later with some “rub & buff”. I substituted my own 3” screws for the center hole of each jamb-side hinge to fasten them into wall studs. I was worried that this attempt would be another failure but these worked like magic. Of course the door needs to be hung flush/plumb/level but these hinges hold the doors steadily in place. All the doors with these hinges hold a neutral position as they should, and close as if they weigh nothing. I plan to buy these again when I get more doors, even for lighter glass pane doors, because they’re very smooth, sturdy, and a great deal.
