I am a seasoned propolis user for years, and when I found Anatolian Life, my health improved dramatically. I have tried multiple sources, both in the US and Internationally to find a comparable Propolis, but nothing has been ever close to the quality of this product. They used to have a Light colored propolis, which was even MORE quality, but my guess is people didn't under how color varies, but quality does not. Because of the differences from hive production, color varies in the light form from bright beige to darker beige. But ALL VARIATIONS OF THE LIGHT COLOR ARE SUPREME QUALITY. Please, if you found the light colored propolis helpful, reach out to their support and ORDER THEM. If the dark works fine, please order that too. This product was, and still is, a LIFE SAVER for me.

...but I've taken another propolis supplement from a different company, so I suppose that's just what propolis tastes like. Also, I took it straight, to see what it tastes like. Better idea to mix it with water like it says, and would easily be masked by a flavored drink. It didn't prevent me from getting sick (which I'm pretty sure I got from inhaling dirt, actually), but the real test will be when I start to get allergies as summer changes to fall. I'm allergic to *something* in fall, since moving out west. I never had allergies prior to that. I have been pulling and mowing a lot of ragweed lately, which I haven't been affected by, but I never had that allergy that I'm aware of. The writing on the bottle is very small. I can read it if I strain my eyes, but I know many would not be able to. There's a lot of blank space. It really doesn't have to be that small. It's the same writing that is on the box, though, which is a bit larger.

I can't remember the original reason I bought this but I recently discovered it in my medicine cabinet. I had an abscess on my gum so I put some bee propolis on a cotton swab and applied to the abscess, not expecting anything but pain relief. To my surprise, not only did the pain go away but so did the abscess!

This stuff is absolutely amazing! I’ve been using it for a week now. I am 58 years old and my face started breaking out with teeny tiny little blisters in a rash form. We still haven’t figured out if it is an allergic reaction or from stress. Someone suggested this and I thought what the heck I’ll give it a try. It is the only thing, although I’m using it along with First Honey® Sterile Manuka Honey, that has worked. I put it on fairly heavily in the evening before bed along with the Manuka honey and in the morning the break out is calmed down greatly. Then I put a very very thin layer on for the day. I’m still having the rash, but not as often and not as severe, as when I was not using this. On days, I don’t use this. The rash is really angry on days that I do use this you barely can notice it. I will never live without this as a first aid type of thing again! This is a 100% unsolicited review and it is done only after using the product for a week. Although I didn’t need a week to write the review, I noticed the results after one day. Not every product works for every person, but this product definitely worked for me!
