Missing parts/ update....
The product itself is great. Heavy duty and professional grade. We only received 2/5 of the spikes necessary to anchor the base down. Looks like it was a return and QC forgot to check or they were lost in shipping. One was floating around the box and the other was taped to the exterior of the bag. UPDATE: the other three (3) spikes showed up on the front porch so they must have fallen out oof the box inside the truck and then located by the driver, who delivered them today.....That's what customer service looks like. thanks

I bought two of these for our local ball park. They are well made and easy to install. Im sure we will have many years of use with them.

It's heavy duty and the home plate is heavy duty
It's a heavy duty batting tee and about half the price of McGregor but everybody is good

Missing stake
Ive reached out and will adjust my star rating after their response. This is my 2nd plate ive purchased. This 1 came with 4 of the 5 stakes that screws into the bottom of the plate. The 4th stake was loose from the packaging. Assuming it was lost during shipment. Other than that the quality is good as expected.

Warped plates
I ordered 8 of these. They came in 4 different boxes all damaged severely. 3/8 of the plates were missing the spikes but I didn't need them so it didn't matter. However all the edges were warped that I could have used it as a bowl. I tried to put heavy things on them to make it flat and had no luck. Other than that they looked like quality plates.
