I had this cheese seasoning powder in Korea and have been looking for it ever since...this is very close to the real thing! I tossed chicken wings in this or top fried chicken. It's excellent. I only wish it was possible to get a smaller bag...this is quite large and will likely last a long time!

Love these I make my fried chicken and after I double fry our chicken then I top the cheese with it (but not too much).

A bit salty. Do not add additional salty seasonings.

No instructions were on the package. I do not know whether to mix water with it beer, soda, water, or what, also, what consistency should it be once I do put a liquid to it any instructions you can provide would be lovely. I’ve been looking forward to making this.
