I've bought about 10 boxes of this already for my wife. My wife has chronic back pain and tried several different kinds of heat packs in all price ranges over the years. I ran into this product by accident and ordered a box to give it a try. My wife was hooked the first time she tried this - just shake the pack several times, put it in the accompanying belt, and wrap it around the back. The heat lasted over 12 hours and was still warm. One caution is that you can get burn marks since it is hot so be sure to put it over the clothing and enough padding. Now whenever she is seating too long in the car or airplane, she will use it all the time. Strongly recommended if you have back pain. There was a delivery mishap a couple of times - the box is heavy and it was packed in plastic envelope that crushed the box, and another time, it didn't get delivered - I think it was torn apart during delivery. This order was delivered in a stronger outer box and no problem with delivery. Strongly recommend if you have back pain. Good price and excellent quality. Just be careful and don't get burned!

These are long lasting. Took camping in case temps dropped bellow my sleeping bag's rating. They saved the day! Threw a couple in the bag (not next to skin) and stayed toasty all night! They were still giving off heat in the morning.

This hot pack is fantastic. It’s compact, easy to carry, and provides long-lasting heat (12+ hours). It does take some time to warm up, but once it does, the heat is consistent and comforting. No cords, no charging — just reliable warmth. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made.

Works well and keeps heat for a long time. It is reusable it by putting the heatpad in a ziplock bag, removing the air and being able to use the pack again three more times. Recommended by acupuncturist works great for muscle tension or soreness

These are nice but the burn risk is real and SNEAKY. I’ve used these a few times with zero issues but today got a weeping burn on my lower back from using one - and the surprising thing is that, although my skin sensation is normal, my skin did NOT *feel* too hot while it was apparently just burning away under the pack. It was a complete surprise that I was burned and only noticed when I brushed my lower back with my hand and it got wet with serous fluid. Had to cancel the hot bath I was about to hop into. TAKE THE BURN PRECAUTIONS.

These stay noticeably warm even 24h later. Careful, it’s quite hot in the beginning hours. I need at least two layers of clothing between the pack and skin.

Love these and I will get more. They stay hot all day! I just put them in the back of my jeans and they stay put all day. Before you use really pound on the sack with your fist until it is hot. Recommend

They heat up fast and are very hot ,and stay heated for up to 24 hrs Have to shake them occasionally Works great for me ,and have been using for about 20 years

stays hot for hours. Comes with a belt that makes it so convenient to use. It's a bit pricey but for someone who suffers back pains and cramps, this is worth it.

These heat packs are life saving for menstrual cramps. I get totally crippled with pain and I keep one in my waist band and it sucks out the pain like true magic. Same thing for lower back pain. Have resolved pinched nerves and other muscular issues with these as well. I have a box in my house at all times.

The package box was completely crushed. However, the individual inner packs were not damaged. These packs work as intended.
