Worked for 2010 Honda Element.
Bought this for my 2010 Honda Element that had a malfunctioning remote key fob opener. Tried new batteries in the fob, reprogramming, decided it must be a faulty module in the car itself. That was it. Best thing is it really was as easy to change out the old one and install this OEM factory part as everyone has mentioned. Just needed a screwdriver and in under 10 minutes I’m back in working key fob business! I’m sure I can even reprogram the old fobs I have but the product came with two already programmed key fobs so I’m really set. AMAZING, a product that really works!

Fairly easy to install. Works well
This keyless entry fit my 2004Honda Element. Takes a few minutes to remove the kick panel and install the controller in the smaller of the two green receptacles on the left side. Programming is pretty easy. I followed the set on instructions from one of the reviewers in this feed, and it worked the first time. The unit works well, and it’s so much nicer to not have to use the physical key.

Easy to install, no programming needed
Installed on 2003 Element EX. I replaced the existing receiver with the new one and the remotes worked with no problems. I did not have to program them. I tried replacing my broken remote with a cheap one off amazon but I couldn’t get it to program. OEM replacement is more expensive but I love having a brand new OEM remote. Plus it was super easy to install AND I now have two remotes!

Works well
Works like a charm, literally plug and go. My 2006 Element driver side door lock has been broken for a year now and I have to crawl through the passenger side to open the doors, this keyless module saved me from the trouble of doing that, I love it

Genuine Honda
Don’t mess with trying to find one replacement key fob, especially aftermarket. Buy this kit, made by Genuine Honda. No regrets, excellent buy

easy as pie!
When an item is easy to install and comes already programmed to lock and unlock doors, it doesn’t get easier than that. Thank you for the great product!

Great Key Fob Replacement, unclear instructions!
Tried like hell to get this to work via the written information provided with the device but wasn't ever able to get the programming to hold. A google search or two later provided the solution I needed. I'll post the actual steps that worked for me on my 2007 Honda Element. Have all remotes for the vehicle on hand. Make sure all the doors and rear hatch/trunk are closed during programming. Only need to use 1 remote to get into program mode but all remotes must be programmed during the same session. Each step must be completed within 5 seconds. 1. Sit in the car with all doors/trunk tightly closed 2. Turn the key to the ON position, marked by "II" on the ignition bezel so the dash lights come on, then within 5 seconds press the "Lock" button on the remote for 1 second or so and release the button. 3. Turn the key to the OFF position, marked by "I" on the ignition bezel - dash lights go off. 4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 three more times (A total of 4 times) -- each step must be done within 5 seconds of the previous step. 5. Upon the 4th turning of the key to "ON", press the lock button on one remote, the locks will make a cycling sound (clunk), locks will NOT lock or unlock at this point, they will just make a noise. The system is now in programming mode. Do not turn key off. 6. Within 5 seconds of entering programming mode and within 5 seconds of each other, press the lock button ON EACH remote you are programming, for a second or so and release. This step needs to be completed within 10 seconds. Each time a remote button is pushed, the locks should cycle. Up to 3 remotes can be programmed. 7. Turn ignition completely off and remove the key. Step out of car and close door. The remotes should be programmed and should work. If you have a trunk/hatch release, the button for this feature needs to be held for a few seconds before the trunk/hatch will "pop".

The keyless entry accessory was delivered to my door earlier than expected. I plugged in the gizmo under the dash, with one click, and voila, I got a 2003 honda element with a keyless entry system. The 2 remotes were already programed, so that was a 5 minutes maneuver that transformed the car into an updated version of itself. Thanks

I bought this product for a 2002 Honda CR-V that did not come factory with keyless entry. I installed the module under the radio, and it instantly worked. I did not have to program the remotes to the module, they came pre-programmed. So far this works very well. My car has a door locking problem, where I can't unlock the doors with the key, so going keyless was my only choice.

Quick install on a 2004 Honda Element. Simple as unclipping wire from the old unit and plugging in the new. The mount under the dash is tooless. Would buy again.

Bought for a 2007 Element. Was easy enough to program two transmitters. The delivery timeline was also good. Will strongly recommend.
