This is my third or fourth purchase of this. Perfect because it makes it simple to have your base vitamin needs in one set. I’m much prefer the sprays to taking more tablet supplements and these are really easy to use. Just make sure you read how many sprays are needed per bottle. They are not all the same! Hiley recommended.

I've been using these vitmains for quite a while now and I have to say, I've noticed a big difference in how I feel. They taste great and with them all being a spray, you don't have that annoyance of trying to get 10 tablets down your throat with your morning cuppa. If you're feeling a bit run down or not taking care if your diet as you know you should (i'm guilty too not preaching!) they are well worth a go and cover a big base of your vitamin needs.

Great alternative to tablets, easy to use. The multivitamin one is pretty foul tasting so dropped a star, the others are nice.

Good if you don’t like talking tablets

I have used vitamin sprays for a number of years initially buying them from Holland and Barrett especially when they had an offer on. I was very pleased with the order (multivitamin, B12 and D3) which arrived early. They were also a bit cheaper than Holland and Barrett. Will definitely be ordering again.
