I’ve only had this wok for a few days but I’ve already used it more than some of my older pans. Right out of the box, I could tell it was a good quality piece. It has a solid weight to it, but not too heavy, and the pre seasoned surface looked great. I followed the instructions to heat it up before using it and it’s been performing like a dream ever since. The non stick surface is legit — I’ve made stir fries, eggs, and sautéed veggies with barely anything sticking to the bottom. Clean up is super easy too. I love the wide cooking surface and the high sides I can toss ingredients without making a mess. The flat bottom makes it stable on my stovetop, and the heat distribution is really even. I get a good sear without any hot spots. The lid fits snugly and the wooden handle doesn’t get hot while cooking which is a nice bonus. Even the included spatula is pretty decent. You can tell this was made with care. It’s honestly made cooking a lot more enjoyable and I find myself reaching for it even when I’m not doing anything “wok style.” Overall, this wok checks all the boxes it’s well built, easy to use, looks nice, and feels like it’ll last a long time. Es muy bueno oara cocinar y se siente que son buenos materiales. Ya tengo meses usandolo y al final desgraciadamente si se le termina pegando la comida en algunas partes aun con los cuidados que se deben tener.

I was looking for a carbon steel wok with no chemical non-stick coating, which needs to be seasoned with oil to get a "natural non-stick surface". This wok is clearly not it, despite the advertising. When you try to season this wok with oil it just glides off, rather than forming a patina, which betrays the presence of a chemical non-stick surface. Quite disappointed.
