This water pitcher is worth every penny I paid for it. I’ve used products like Brita in the past, but I never stuck with them and didn’t feel like they made much of a difference. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, but I wanted something that actually removed contaminants, microplastics, and improved taste. After doing some research, I decided to give this one a try. I live in the desert, where the water is recycled and you can clearly taste chlorine. I also live in an older apartment building, so I was concerned about overall water quality for both myself and my dog. This pitcher did not disappoint. I’m very glad I purchased the larger size because my dog and I go through a lot of water each day — I typically refill it twice daily. It was easy to assemble, easy to use, and easy to clean. Once set up, the top opens conveniently for refilling without needing to take the unit apart. The plastic feels sturdy and well-made. It has handles on both sides, making it easy to move around, and since it only has a few components, cleaning is simple. It fits easily on the shelf in my refrigerator as well. Before purchasing, I noticed some reviews mentioning leaking. In my experience, it doesn’t leak — it just drips slightly after dispensing. You simply need to let it finish dripping for a moment before removing your glass. On the positive side, the spout is very easy to use one-handed, which isn’t always the case with other pitchers. Filter cost was also important to me. This unit has two filters: one that lasts about a year and another that lasts about two months. Replacement filters are reasonably priced. The water quality is excellent. I had been drinking tap water for years, and the first glass I poured from this pitcher tasted like high-quality bottled water. I even noticed my dog started drinking more water. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase and glad I chose this brand. I don’t believe you’ll find another unit in this price range that provides this level of filtration and taste improvement. I would highly recommend it and would absolutely purchase it again.

I originally have always used Brita. However, I wanted something that filtered more, had clearer water, and tasted better. The water from this LifeStraw does taste better, it's significantly clearer (water in the Brita was cloudy, even with new filters, even when properly maintained and cleaned), and it filters significantly more than my Brita ever has, and I used the advanced Brita filters on my Brita too. Instructions were simply, and set-up was easy. The card inside the box, keep it. It tells you how often you have to replace each filter, and how to properly clean each piece of this Water Filter Dispenser. It's great that the Membrane Microfilter is replaced yearly, and the Carbon Filter is replaced every 2 months. Not a bad set up at all. For the Membrane Microfilter, after you clean if the first time before using it, push it in from the bottom to re-insert it (that part isn't in the instructions), and then it'll go back into place properly, and make sure it's the round part that you insert from the bottom up and it'll go in place without issue. (you tube videos are made by the company for it). The design is sleek, fits in both my fridge without taking up a lot of space, but I prefer to keep it on my counter, as it's used quite a lot between myself and for my dog's water bowls. My dogs love the water coming from this dispenser far more than they did the Brita one. (For those who have dogs/cats/pets). It was easy to clean in my sink, and easy to clean physically (and I do have physical disabilities). I think it is good value for the money, as I wanted one that was good quality and worth the money it was going to be more expensive. So, I am happy with the value and quality for the price. Additionally, I like that you can choose from different colors, that was nice, most other brands usually don't have more than maybe 2-3 colors to choose from, if that. Also, comments about the "leak" after getting water. Mine doesn't leak. I press the button, water comes out into my dog's water bowls (for example), then I let go of the button when the bowls are full. A small drop of water rests where the water pours out of. I just take a towel, wipe up the drop of water, and then there's nothing left, and there's no leak. No issues. So, if others have a leak, maybe there were issues with there's in transit or theirs is faulty, I wouldn't know honestly, but I can at least say mine is not leak when it sits on the counter or in the fridge, and there's no leaks overnight nor throughout the day. No puddles, nothing. Honest review. Honest customer. Just upgraded from having the Brita version.

I love my LifeStraw counter top filter. My association seems to have ongoing issues with our well water and I am not comfortable drinking it from the tap, cooking or making coffee. After much research on counter top filters I landed on this one. Life Straw provides clean drinking water around the world in third world nations. So I decided on this for my water issues. The water tastes good, is crystal clear, has no tap water odor and makes beautiful clear ice!! This is my second one. And the absolute only complaint I have with this product is the spigot. It uses a spring which does get weak after a year or so and will begin to drip. If they would fix that one issue, it's almost perfect!! I am actually looking at their bigger one for my next one!

I love this pitcher! I am not big on ice water so I prefer tap water. We had a “boil water” notice a cpl months ago due to bacteria in the water. And suddenly 24 hrs later it was all good? So I bought this. I set it in the sink to fill on top. Then transfer it to my counter. Easy peesy! It filters faster than my coffee pot! No more plastic particles in my water, and it tastes great! (I bought a better water bottle too). Great value, and I feel better!

I've had this dispenser for a few months and it works well. No leaking and filters fairly quickly.

Love it! Extra large capacity; easy to put together and operate. The water in my apartment tastes and smells horrible, but this system eliminates the smell and the water tastes clean and fresh after it’s been filtered

He tenido otros filtros y dispensador de agua fría y caliente y usando garrafones de todas las marcas y todas con mucho sarro. Y saben feas 😅. Lo que me encanta más es que he ahorrado $ y tomo una agua de mejor calidad . 👍🏻

Although a bit pricey , it works great , holds about 4:5 litres , water tastes great , would recommend and purchase again , filters quite quickly , just need to top up filtration part to ensure the dispenser gets the whole 4:5 , will be used for camping ,off grid where water sources may taste a bit different and are less palatable.
