Works pretty well.
Reasonably easy to control in smaller openings. A bit messy.

Foam sealant
It looks ugly on the outside of my house but I don't care. I block it with the trashcan

Wouldn't recommend for large holes.
I needed to plug holes under kitchen cabinet. The product would not stay where I sprayed and dripped onto the floor. Worked in other areas with smaller holes.

It works!
Had a singular mouse problem in our garage. A contractor stopped up the hole in the wall, but the mouse was smarter than he was! Found this product and decided to try it. Instructions were simple and I applied it immediately. I think the mouse gave up since there has been no sign of him since. Amazing, something that works!

After 5 months of Rats and mice invading the home and generally making free with soft furnishings and food I bit the bullet and used the foam spray I had been baiting and using live capture traps shifting the mice well away from our house so was aware of where the mouse holes lay, give yourself a couple of weeks to make sure you have located all of the holes generally the mice will scatter bait or leave piles of excavation debris. I applied the foam to all the mouse holes including some rather large gaps in our pantry roof judging by the appalling smell of decomposing rodent and not catching any others I believe we trapped the vast majority of them as the traps were also clear. If I had any suggestion it would be to slip a Rentokil air freshener into the are you are going to block before you use the foam it wont get rid of the smell completely but it will take the edge off. Having said that decaying mouse corpses will be a problem whatever method you use but the foam stops further damage to your property, works well

Perfect

Seems to have done the job dropped a star as the reusable tube doesn't stay on the seal nipple so it's not really reusable

Worked well to fill the gap under the wooden floor of our new shed

Really hard to use without it squirting out uncontrollably (for example when you try to put the nozzle on), and so it got absolutely everywhere and was very sticky and difficult to clean ......overall once I got the hang of dispensing it it was fine, but was glad I needed to use it all in one go!
