This is my second day taking it. I have noticed that I am feeling calmer and relaxed. I noticed that my facial skin is looking a little better. It is glowing. I plan to take the pills for the next 60days but so far so good

Influences hormones
I thought I did my research on this herb. I was very much looking forward to feeling the positive benefits. But unfortunately for me, this produced unwanted side effects relative to my cycle since it's an adapadaptors. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with the supplement. Maybe the dose is too high for me although I only took one per day not the full serving. Just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to supplements that modify hormones.
