Tapa Inverter Module Unit Compatible with Harbor Freight Predator 3500 Watt Inverter Generator

Great fit. Plugs are all there. Only noticeable difference for my 1st gen 3500 inverter predator was this board has 3 capacitors instead of the 4 that mine had. Was told by the seller this is an updated board and had sent me this picture to explain. The picture on the product listing has a connector (eco mode connector) that is obscured by a wire. Bought it. This fixed my hard pull starting issue. Had a great magnetic resistance on my pull rope that no longer allowed me to start the generator. After disconnecting the three wires from the stator the engine would run. Unfortunately a stator issue could also cause the same hard pull. After much research, my initial conclusion was a bad stator. So I replaced the stator first. That was not it, so the next item was the inverter module. That solved it.

I’ve run this for a few months now after is blew the original HF one. No complains so far, works great and as intended. Better price point than what HF was charging for a replacement part.

Worked great installed just like the old one came out, only complaint I have is it is the older style with 4 capacitors not the new style with 3, mice got to mine and it was the 3 capacitor’s version, not really sure what difference it makes but just hoped for new parts not new old stock not that it makes a difference

Fixed my no spark issue on my generator. Some components and connections were in different places than original, but still fit and works as it should. Good customer service.

Seems like a quality product, time will tell. Fit perfectly generator works like new. All the magic smoke came out of the old one. Lol
