I received the machine VERY well packed, in a double cartoon with edge protectors, so that the cartoon stayed stable without bending. The outside protection for the fan was a bit dented, but that is no issue. In 2 picture you can see some kind of scratches on a white surface, but later on I realised that this was the protecting foil which had to be taken off. This was not so easy, since it stuck very well to protect the SS machine from scratches. After I removed the foil, the machine was ready for its first dry run to remove the chemical layers from the factory production. I cleaned the machine inside out and started then my first food dehydration. The shelfs have quite small gaps, but I ordered extra silicone sheets so that the food is not going to fall through the gaps. There is also a drip tray on the bottom, which catches crumps etc. The machine is not only looking good with its SS body, trays and the internal bulb which illuminates the trays to check on the drying process without opening the door, but also effectively dehydrate foods. I attached also one picture of my already dehydrated foods, so you can see that it works. For dehydration beginners like me, it is a slow learning process on how to use it properly, with timing and proper temp settings. I am also following a dehydration channel on YT, called "The purposeful pantry" which is very helpful. With this machine I received a cooking book with lots of recipes and colourful pictures, which may be useful after I gained more confidence in dehydrating foods. I hope this review is helping you to make the right decision on your dehydration journey. The machine comes with one year warranty and I added another year via Onsitego extended warranty, to be sure, that my dehydration fun lasts for a long time without failures.

Was worked well for 5 months.. Bought in mid Jan. But mid May, issues with it. Some isolation issues and having leak volatage.

Great product .. does my dehydrating well and fairly fast. Now I have three units.

It just does not work. It's a metal can with a plug and a few trays. We tried to dehydrate carrots and potatoes many times just doesn't work. They don't even have a return policy. I raised a request with Amazon support and they sent in a replacement. The second one also does not work. The temperature setting says 90 Degrees C as the highest but does not heat anything past 30 I guess. The stuff is garbage and Amazon also did not help with connecting me to the seller. Very bad experience and I feel like I've wasted and thrown my 17000 rupees down the drain. Pathetic. Very bad. One of the biggest waste of my moneys.
